Here are my recommendations on where to buy "Don't Tread on Me" Gadsden flag tee-shirts, sweatshirts, and other clothing items.

New! Here's something super cool. "Don't Tread on Me" just got hip.
Two brothers in California, Tim and Luke Bauer, have created a designer line based on the DTOM slogan.
The Bauer brothers have got their roots in a gritty biker culture but the design is so slick that rock stars and Hollywood hipsters have started wearing their stuff. In the pic to the right is Chris Daughtry from American Idol wearing one of their shirts on MTV.
I've been speaking to Tim and he says if any of you put the code "1776" code on the order form on their website and they'll include a free gift. It will be something like a poster, key chain, or sticker, but it will depend on what's available for the season.

His Gadsden Patriot Combo — pictured above — is about the best deal if you're looking to buy a shirt, hat, and flag all at the same time. You might also be interested in his Navy Jack "Don't Tread on Me" combos, "Live Free or Die" combos, "Liberty or Death" combos, and "Don't Give Up the Ship" combos.
These are shirts that I created myself after September 11, when I wanted a Don't Tread on Me t-shirt but couldn't find a good one. (Larry and Patrick and Chris weren't in business at that point.)
I recreated the Gadsden flag image by hand, using historical sources. It's a highly detailed, clean image that prints very well on the products. In my opinion, the coffee mug and shirts that I've ordered for myself look better than it looks like they're going to look in the pictures. :-)
